What responsibilities does the role have?
– You are responsible for maintaining and expanding existing as well as building up new customer relations and ensure their long-term success and satisfaction with our B2B SaaS Solution.
– You are the first point of contact for our customers, regularly checking in to address their needs, and offer proactive support.
– You ensure the smooth onboarding of new customers and maintain high satisfaction levels, positioning yourself as their trusted advisor.
– You identify expansion potential for up- and cross-selling within the existing accounts and align closely with the sales team for the next steps.
– You are a key member of our Product Circle and actively enhance our solution by generating customer feedback and insights.
– You are responsible for managing first and second-level technical support, using your expertise in customer success.
– As the first customer success manager at repath, you’re interested in setting up the necessary structures to work customer-, product-, and growths centric with a practical and agile approach.
What are we looking for?
– You possess a minimum of 2+ years of proven experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar client-facing roles in start-ups in the B2B SaaS industry.
– You have experience in start-up settings, especially in building customer success frameworks.
– Your communication and customer focus are top-notch, helping you understand and meet customer needs.
– You have project management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks and leading complex initiatives to successful completion.
– Fluency in English and German is a must.
– You enjoy growth businesses with unpredictable environments and are comfortable with change.
– You are honest and challenge us with your open feedback to constantly develop further.
– You are eager to contribute to climate adaptation and want to make a positive impact.
